The challenge was to clearly communicate their commitment to safety, long‑term partnerships, and operational reliability.
We elevated the brand around four core pillars. These are trust, professionalism, efficiency, and safety. Then we rebuilt the website, structured the content, and launched social media plus paid search campaigns to drive lead generation.

We audited Top Team window cleaning’s existing brand touchpoints and found mixed messaging across their website, social profiles, and customer communications. Based on that, we built a unified brand architecture organized around their four core pillars.
We also analyzed how NYC commercial property managers evaluate vendors. This led to a site structure that prioritizes safety credentials, insurance documentation, and well-structured service descriptions, which are answers to the questions clients ask before picking up the phone.
