Lilae Floral Design Studio sells arrangements, seasonal collections, and event floristry. They needed a brand strategy and a website that actually brings in paying clients. The trick was that their business changes every season, bringing new flowers, new colors, and new campaigns.

We built a flexible, adaptable system that handles each launch smoothly and we also handled strategy, branding, the site, and social distribution. The website runs on Webflow for quick updates and campaign flexibility. Social media targeting helped reach the right audiences and drive real growth.

Strategy

We analyzed Lilae's catalog and event portfolio to identify three main audience groups. These are individual gift buyers, corporate clients, and event planners. Each group needs a different path on the site. Gift buyers go straight to seasonal bouquets. Corporate clients find a separate section for regular orders. Event planners land on a dedicated page with portfolio examples and an inquiry form.

Based on this structure, the homepage highlights seasonal collections first. Events and everyday arrangements each have their own clear section. Returning corporate clients can reorder in just a couple of clicks without searching through the whole site.

Marketing

We ran targeted campaigns on Instagram, focusing on key seasonal moments such as Valentine’s Day and wedding season, as well as local delivery zones. Reels were used to show the process from concept to final arrangement.

Paid search targeted high-intent queries like “event florist near me” and “wedding bouquet delivery”. Retargeting campaigns re-engaged users who explored specific collections, showing them the most relevant selections.

Design

The beige and brown palette creates a cozy and calm atmosphere, letting the bouquet photography take the lead, and light backgrounds give the site a natural, handcrafted quality.

The typography reinforces the brand's elegance, with italic letterforms used to create emphasis where it matters most. Every detail is meant to highlight the beauty and uniqueness of each arrangement, turning the site into a showcase for truly gorgeous floral work.

Content

We shaped the content around clarity and ease of use, making the offer simple to explore and quick to act on. Service details and booking options are presented in a way that supports both aesthetics and conversion.

Technology

We built the site in Webflow and used the CMS to optimize pages and make catalog updates flexible. A custom e‑commerce solution with a cart and checkout allows clients to place orders directly.

We also added custom animations that increase engagement and create a positive feeling when interacting with the site, while the overall structure supports seasonal launches, event portfolios, and campaign updates.

Summary

The structured brand and marketing system delivered measurable performance improvements, including a 300% increase in social media audience growth, a 500% return on investment from targeted campaigns, and improved engagement across digital channels.

The project established a scalable foundation for ongoing seasonal sales and long-term brand growth.

What our clients say
The team at Designerley let our flowers be the star of the website. Customers spend their time looking at arrangements instead of struggling with menus or buttons. The site feels natural and quiet, and that's rare for a floral brand. We finally have a digital space that supports our seasonal collections without making everything feel crowded or overdesigned.
