SheMed is a women-focused digital healthcare brand that brings together accessible care and product-based solutions. Designerley Studio helped shape the brand foundation and create a digital experience that could support both service-led and shop-based content.

The key task was to balance clinical credibility with a more approachable, consumer-oriented experience. We focused on brand identity, a structured visual language, and a website built to support different user needs without adding complexity.

Strategy

We started by mapping the two sides of the business: healthcare services and product sales. Each requires a different user mindset, so we built separate but connected journeys. The path for services prioritised trust and medical credibility, which meant keeping the journey supportive and easy to follow for users.

For products, the focus is on discovery and seamless checkout. We also studied how users move between these sections, making sure transitions don't feel confusing. The result is a strategy where every page answers a specific user question without forcing extra clicks.

Design

We chose a soft pink-led palette that feels warm and designed for women while keeping the interface structured. The layout gives priority to a strong information hierarchy with typography and spacing that make complex content easier to follow. The design works as a single system, but each section adapts to its own purpose.

Technology

The front end runs on Webflow, which gives the team full control over content updates and service pages. Shopify handles all transactional logic, including inventory and checkout.

We connected both platforms through custom middleware, ensuring that user data and session states stay consistent across the switch from content to commerce.
